At SERP Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality curriculum materials that support educators and advance student learning. 

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  
  

Return Process

1. Email orders@serpinstitute.org with your order number and reason for the return.
   
2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
   
3. Once the item(s) are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide an exchange, as appropriate.
   
   

Return Shipping

• Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
